研究概述: 

      
我们主要研究遗传信号网络在哺乳动物头面部器官发生中的作用,主要集中在阐明不同的基因信号及通路如何调控小鼠上腭和牙齿发育及齿列模式形成的分子机理。其中有些研究取得了突破性的进展,得到了学术界同行的肯定。分别在Science、Development、Dev Bio、Mech Dev等高水平刊物上发表论文近20篇。主要研究成果有:(1)哺乳动物上腭的正常发育依赖于胚胎口腔上皮与神经嵴来源的间质之间的相互作用,在分子水平由生长因子及其受体与转录因子组成的信号通路所控制。(2)小鼠牙齿发育中齿间质表现了发育的独特性。(3)哺乳动物有单排牙齿的齿列,而许多非哺乳动物有多排牙的齿列。
