赵同标

赵同标，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师;；中国科学院动物研究所干细胞与免疫学研究组组长；“中国科学院“百人计划”入选者，兼任中国科学技术大学博导”。   2004年毕业于中科院西北高原生物研究所获博士学位，同年进于中科院生物物理所博士后流动站，从事免疫学研究 ，2006年获该所副研究员任职资格；2007年至2010年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校做博士后，从事诱导多能干细胞研究，2010年任该校Assistant Specialist III；2012年加盟中国科学院动物研究所，组建干细胞与免疫学实验室。对诱导多能干细胞的免疫原性及CTL和NK介导的靶细胞杀伤机制研究作了开创性的工作。建立了新的基于episomal载体的非整合重编程技术，成功诱导产生小鼠和人的非整合iPS细胞；首次发现了小鼠iPS细胞分化的自体同源组织具有免疫原性；首次阐明了颗粒酶K介导的靶细胞死亡信号通路。在Nature、Proc Natl Acad Sci USA、Cell Death Differ、J Immunol、J Biol Chem、Trends Cell Biol等国际主流杂志发表多篇论文。其中iPS免疫原性的发现引起了国际干细胞研究领域的震动，这项成果对于干细胞研究的发展方向具有指导意义，提示干细胞技术的临床开发要充分考虑移植的免疫排斥和免疫耐受诱导问题。
