平滑肌细胞是一种肌源性细胞,与横纹肌(骨骼肌和心肌)不同,其细胞内缺乏规则的肌原纤维和明显的横纹。它们通常呈梭形,含有一个中央细胞核。根据其胚胎起源,可分为内脏平滑肌(源于中胚层间充质)和血管平滑肌(源于中胚层或神经嵴)。平滑肌细胞具有显著的可塑性,可在病理状态下发生表型转换,如从“收缩型”转变为“合成型”。 ADFASDFAF23RQ23R
