毒蕈碱受体(英文:Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor, mAChR),是乙酰胆碱作用的两种主要受体类型之一(另一种为烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体)。它属于G蛋白耦联受体超家族,因其可被毒蕈碱(一种从毒蝇伞中提取的生物碱)选择性激活而得名。mAChR介导ACh在中枢神经系统和周围器官中的大部分慢速、调制性作用,对学习记忆、自主神经功能、平滑肌收缩及腺体分泌等至关重要。
