毕国强

毕国强,新创讲席教授,教育部“长江学者”,博士生导师。1989年毕业于北京大学物理系,获理学士学位。1991年获美国纽约大学物理学硕士学位。1991-1996年就读于美国加州大学Berkeley分校,获生物物理学博士学位,其间发现受钙离子调控胞吐作为细胞膜修复的机理。1996-2000年于加州大学San Diego分校从事博士后研究,发现海马神经元突触可塑性对精确放电时间的依赖性(STDP)。2000年起历任美国匹兹堡大学医学院神经生物学系助理教授、副教授(终身教职)、兼职副教授,进一步阐明STDP的高阶规则、计算特性和分子机制,并与刘北明教授合作,发现离体神经网络集体性回响活动。2007年受聘于中国科技大学组建神经物理学实验室及神经光子学工作站。
