徐宏喜

徐宏喜教授,现为上海中医药大学教授、博士生导师、上海中医药大学中药学院院长。上海市首批特聘专家。1994年获得日本富山医科药科大学国立和汉药研究所药学博士学位。并于新加坡国立大学化学系及加拿大Dalhousie大学生物学系进行博士後研究工作。曾先后受聘于香港中文大学中药研究中心科学主任、香港和记黄埔(中国)有限公司副总经理兼高级医药顾问,上海和黄药业有限公司董事兼研究开发总监。2001至2010年,担任香港赛马会中药研究院副总裁兼中药研究室主任。徐教授至今已发表SCI论文200多篇,总引用次数超过5500次,H指数为40,入选2014年中国高被引用学者榜。拥有1项PCT专利以及6项美国专利。 ADSFAEQWER353423413434

(1)  抗病毒及抗耐药菌中药药理机制研究
从事中药及其活性成分抗病毒及抗耐药菌药理作用机制研究。已建立抗病毒(HSV和EV71)筛选平台及基于MgrA靶标蛋白荧光探针高通量筛选体系,致力于阐明中药抗病毒和抗金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌活性物质基础,揭示其药效作用机制,发现活性强、毒性小、选择性高的先导化合物。 ADSFAEQWER353423413434
(2)  抗肿瘤中药药理作用机制研究
从事中药及其活性成分抗肿瘤药理作用机制研究。已建立分子、细胞动物水平的抗肿瘤药物筛选及药效评价模型,重点开展肝癌、前列腺癌及胰腺癌的体内外药效筛选和药效评价,致力于从中草药和天然产物中寻找抗肿瘤先导化合物,阐明其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡调节自噬、抑制转移及防止复发等药效作用机制。近年来重点开展中国产藤黄属植物中具有抗肿瘤活性的PPAPs类和Xanthones类成分的鉴定及其作用机制研究。
