李载平

李载平出生于福州，是中国工程院院士、分子生物学家。他研制了基因工程乙肝疫苗，取得了生产药证，在国际上首先完成了乙肝病毒(HBV)我国流行株adr亚型的基因组克隆和序列分析，是我国第一个病毒基因组的克隆和第一个基因组的全顺序分析。报告了在adr亚型的HBV之中还存在基因组的多态性提出了HBV中存在致病性不同毒株的见解。检出了HBV基因组中基因转录、复制的顺式元件增强子II(ENII)。研制了分泌型高表达系统，rhEGF和rhGM-CSF，都已获生产药证。已在国内、外发表论文180余篇，获国家级、科学院级和国际级奖10余项。他是我国分子生物学领域的开拓者之一。

李载平 (1925.08.17－)   研究员、博士生导师、分子生物学家、中国工程院院士。

1947年毕业于北京大学化学系，1960年上海生物化学研究所研究生毕业。曾任国家生物工程顾问委员会副主任、联合国基因工程生物技术中心(ICGEB)评审组成员、中国遗传学会副理事长、国家863生物技术和国家973人口与健康专家组成员。现已招收培养博士生8名，硕士生21名。

从五十年代末就开始DNA大分子的结构与功能研究，发现了DNA分子受Χ-射线的隐藏破坏。七十年代后期，开始重组DNA重组研究，克隆了乙肝病毒adr亚型基因组DNA，报导了全顺序分析，阐明了adr亚型内还有基因组的多态性，提出了可能有致病性不同的乙肝病毒存在，检出了免疫逃避型HBV变异株，发现了病毒基因表达调控的一个新元件—增强子ENⅡ。乙肝疫苗的研制，已通过临床验证，取得了试生产文号并获得美国专利。发现了蓖麻蚕染色质rRNA基因转录起始区的拓扑变异结构顺序和核骨架结合顺序(MAR)。检定了肝癌相关新功能基因fup1。领导的研究组发展了hEGF和hGM-CSF的分泌型、高表达大肠杆菌系统。获得国家自然科学二等奖一项，国家科技进步一等奖2项，国际奖1项。

从60年代末开始DNA分子、噬菌体ΦX174活性DNA的研究。是我国分子生物学领域的开拓者之一。

获奖：十五年来获得的系统成果有“酵母丙氨酸转移核糖核酸的人工合成”、“氨基酰－tRNA合成酶及其与相关tRNA的相互作用”、雄激素对大鼠PSBP基因转录的调控”和“蛋白酶抑制剂的结构与功能”等，共获得各类奖二十九项。

专利：2001年至2005年期间，共有20项发明专利获得授权，31项发明专利正在受理之中。

论著：在第四届时段（2001－2005）共发表论文22篇；专著一本（《核糖核酸与核糖核酸组》）。2001年3月在（SCIENCE）上发表的论文“An Antimicrobial Peptide Gene Found in the Male Reproductive System of Rats”是我国微观生物学领域在〖SCIENCE〗上发表的第一个国内独立完成的工作。
