卵丘细胞

卵丘细胞是卵巢窦状卵泡和排卵前卵泡中,直接围绕在卵母细胞周围的数层颗粒细胞。它们与外围的壁颗粒细胞在形态和功能上均有显著差异。卵丘细胞与卵母细胞共同构成卵丘-卵母细胞复合体。在排卵时,整个COC随卵泡液排出,进入输卵管,为受精做准备。 ADSFAEQWER353423413434
