哌可酸氧化酶
哌可酸氧化酶(Pipecolic acid oxidase,简称PIPOX或PIOX,EC 1.5.3.7),又称哌可酸脱氢酶,是一种位于过氧化物酶体(Peroxisome)内的黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)依赖性氧化酶。它催化L-哌可酸(L-pipecolic acid)的氧化脱氢反应,生成Δ¹-哌可酸(Δ¹-piperideine-6-carboxylate,P6C)并产生活性氧过氧化氢(H₂O₂),这是赖氨酸(Lysine)降解途径中由哌可酸代谢为α-氨基己二酸半醛的关键步骤。该酶功能的缺失会导致人体内哌可酸积累,是多种过氧化物酶体病(Peroxisomal disorders)的重要生化标志和致病因素之一[1][2]。 ADFASDFAF23RQ23R
