电生理与药理学分类:根据激活电压阈值、失活动力学及对特定阻断剂的敏感性,传统上分为L-型、N-型、P/Q-型、R-型和T-型钙通道。
分子生物学分类(Cav家族):基于形成孔道的α1亚基的基因,分为三个亚家族:
- Cav1家族(L-型):Cav1.1(骨骼肌),Cav1.2(心脏/平滑肌/脑),Cav1.3(起搏细胞/内耳/神经内分泌),Cav1.4(视网膜)。对二氢吡啶类(如硝苯地平)敏感。
- Cav2家族(高压激活,非L型):Cav2.1(P/Q-型),Cav2.2(N-型),Cav2.3(R-型)。主要介导快速神经递质释放。
- Cav3家族(T-型,低压激活):Cav3.1,Cav3.2,Cav3.3。参与起搏活动和神经节律性放电。
