该研究组的研究兴趣是神经细胞的发育和神经回路的建立。建立恰当的突触连接是神经系统发育的必要步骤。在发育中,在已有的突触连接的基础上时常发生大量的新突触形成和旧突触拆除——突触重塑。我们以线虫中的一类运动神经元作模式,用分子遗传学的手段来探究突触重塑的机理。另一个方向是研究脊髓尾段发出的副交感神经回路的建立。这个回路调节着人体重要的生理器官。问题包括节前神经元的产生分化、轴突的导向、回路的成熟与活动机制。我们将以小鼠和鸡胚为实验模式,从建立遗传分子标记入手,从遗传学、细胞学、生理学、行为学的水平上对这些问题进行探究。 ADSFAEQWER353423413434
