牟阳灵

牟阳灵(1974-2019),1996年本科毕业于华中科技大学生物技术专业,1997年至1999年在清华大学赵南明教授实验室学习并获得硕士学位,2001至2006年在美国加州大学伯克利分校美国科学院院士蒲慕明教授实验室学习并获得博士学位,随后在蒲慕明教授实验室做博士后。她在蒲慕明教授实验室主要从事突触可塑性的分子与细胞机制研究。2007年起至今在加州索克生物研究所美国科学院院士Fred H. Gage教授实验室任助理研究员,主要从事神经元再生和神经干细胞方面的研究。在Nature、Cell、Neuron、Nat. Neurosci.、Cell Stem Cell、J. Neurosci.、PLoS ONE等国际著名刊物上发表10多篇文章,拥有1项中国专利。华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院生理学系教授、博士生导师、系主任。 ADFASDFAF23RQ23R

综合电生理、光遗传学、荧光成像技术、转基因与动物行为学等多学科手段研究情绪影响海马学习记忆的神经基础,重点探索调控成年动物脑内新生神经元精确整合的神经环路,新生神经元在处理学习和记忆信息过程中编码机制及其功能。

牟阳灵在突触可塑性、成年神经发生及神经干细胞领域做出了重要贡献。她与蒲慕明合作揭示了脉冲时序依赖可塑性(STDP)在视觉经验依赖性可塑性中的作用,为理解发育中视觉系统的突触修饰机制提供了关键证据。在Fred Gage实验室,她系统研究了成年海马神经发生的分子信号通路及环路整合机制,特别是多巴胺能调制对新生齿状回颗粒细胞成熟过程中皮层输入的影响。她还参与了利用诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)模拟阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症和Rett综合征的研究,推动了神经精神疾病的体外模型建立。这些研究为认知功能障碍相关疾病(如阿尔茨海默病)的机制解析和潜在干预靶点提供了理论依据。
