管吉松,博士,上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院研究员、博士生导师。

2001年毕业于南京大学生物化学系获学士学位;2006年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院神经科学研究所获博士学位;2006年至2010年在美国麻省理工学院(MIT)休斯医学研究所(HHMI)从事博士后研究;2011年至2017年任清华大学生命学院特聘研究员、博士生导师;2017年11月起任上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院副教授、研究员。

主要研究领域与方向编辑本段
实验室关注于研究哺乳动物大脑中的记忆存储、提取的相关编码规律和神经生物学机制。独立发展了大规模单神经元解析度的在体成像技术,寻找和追踪小鼠皮层内神经元群体在长期记忆形成于提取过程中的反应活动特征,探索脑对外界多模态环境的编码存储规律;利用多种手段,解析大脑中存储记忆的特异性神经环路以及表观遗传调控对记忆印迹细胞的作用,研究记忆的灵活性与稳定性调节机制;利用脑机接口等工程与医学手段,探索对脑损伤、脑疾病的修复治疗新方法。
