TAO激酶

TAO激酶最初在果蝇中被鉴定为一个与细胞极性相关的巨大激酶。其名称“Thousand and one”直接反映了其较大的蛋白分子量。在哺乳动物中,存在三个旁系同源基因:TAOK1(编码TAO1)、TAOK2(编码TAO2)和TAOK3(编码TAO3)。
