磷酸化靶蛋白
磷酸化靶蛋白(Phosphorylation Target Protein)是指在细胞信号转导过程中,被蛋白激酶(Protein Kinase)识别并将磷酸基团从其供体(通常是ATP)转移至其特定氨基酸残基上,从而导致该蛋白的结构、活性、稳定性、亚细胞定位或相互作用发生改变的蛋白质。蛋白质磷酸化是最重要、最普遍的翻译后修饰(Post-Translational Modification, PTM)之一,是调控几乎所有生命过程的枢纽机制,包括细胞增殖、代谢、基因表达、细胞骨架重排、膜运输以及突触可塑性。
