李根喜

李根喜,1965年2月生,山东省嘉祥县人。1984年至1994年,在南京大学化学系高分子化学、分析化学专业学习,分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位。1994年6月在该校生化系做博士后研究,1996年5月出站并留校任教。1996年至2000年任副教授,2001年晋升教授,2002年担任博士生导师。期间,1998年至2000年先后在德国慕尼黑大学生物系、日本东北大学药学部、美国哈佛大学医学院生化与分子药学系作访问学者。1999年任生化系系主任。现为上海大学生命科学学院院长、教授、博士生导师。

研究方向编辑本段
李根喜课题组主要采用电化学方法,结合其他生物学、化学手段,通过对电极表面进行功能修饰,对蛋白质等生物大分子进行分子改造,研究生物分子的电子传递和界面行为。探讨分子识别机制、信号传递过程、生物传感技术、信息分子功能等热点问题,探索蛋白质功能和结构研究的新途径,建立生物分子测定的新方法、新技术,发展新型生物传感器件,以期对单分子、单细胞和生物活体进行实时、无创伤研究。

科研成果“蛋白质和酶的电荷传递及界面行为与电化学分析法的研究”于1999年1月获教育部科技进步三等奖。已发表论文160余篇,近期代表作包括在《Analytical Chemistry》、《Langmuir》、《Journal of Proteome Research》等期刊上发表的论文。主要著作有:"Protein-based Voltammetric Sensors" (Encyclopedia of Sensors, 2006) 和 "Protein-based biosensors using nanomaterials" (Nanotechnologies for Life Sciences, 2007)。
