风湿病

风湿病（Rheumatic Diseases）是一类影响关节（joints）、肌肉（muscles）、骨骼（bones）和结缔组织（connective tissues）的疾病。风湿病包括多种疾病，如类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis，RA）、系统性红斑狼疮（Systemic Lupus Erythematosus，SLE）、强直性脊柱炎（Ankylosing Spondylitis，AS）等。这些疾病通常伴随慢性疼痛（chronic pain）和炎症（inflammation），严重影响患者的生活质量。

风湿病的症状多种多样，常见的包括：

• 关节疼痛（joint pain）和肿胀（swelling）
• 肌肉疼痛（muscle pain）
• 僵硬（stiffness）
• 疲劳（fatigue）
• 发热（fever）

不同类型的风湿病可能会有特定的症状。例如，类风湿关节炎常见于手部和足部的小关节，强直性脊柱炎则主要影响脊柱和骨盆。

诊断风湿病通常需要结合临床表现（clinical presentation）、实验室检查（laboratory tests）和影像学检查（imaging studies）。常用的诊断工具包括：

• 血液检查：检测炎症标志物（inflammatory markers）如C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）和红细胞沉降率（erythrocyte sedimentation rate，ESR）
• 免疫学检测：检测自身抗体，如抗核抗体（antinuclear antibodies，ANA）和类风湿因子（rheumatoid factor，RF）
• 影像学检查：如X线、超声、MRI等

风湿病的治疗目标是减轻症状、控制炎症、预防关节损伤和改善生活质量。常用的治疗方法包括：

• 药物治疗（pharmacotherapy）：如非甾体抗炎药（nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，NSAIDs）、糖皮质激素（glucocorticoids）、免疫抑制剂（immunosuppressants）和生物制剂（biologics）
