- Caveolin蛋白包含一个典型的膜内环区和两个疏水性跨膜区域。Caveolin-1和Caveolin-2主要在非肌肉细胞中表达,而Caveolin-3特异性地在肌肉细胞中表达(Parton & Simons, 2007)。
- Caveolin通过其疏水性区域插入细胞膜,形成稳定的小窝结构,这些小窝在细胞膜的脂筏区域富集。
