1980-1984，哈尔滨理工大学应用物理专业，获学士学位。
1987-1991，哈尔滨理工大学应用物理专业，获硕士学位。
1984-1999，哈尔滨理工大学，任哈尔滨理工大学讲师，副教授。
1999-2003，法国巴黎第十一大学及法国国家研究中心酶学与生化结构研究所，获博士学位。
2003-2004，法国国家研究中心酶学与生化结构研究所，博士后。
2004-2008, 同济大学 生命学院蛋白质研究所教授，博士生导师

    生物大分子结构和功能的研究。对核甘酸代谢途径中的主要 蛋白质及其复合物的结构和功能进行研究，主要针对在这一途径中的关键酶的结构和功能 的研究，就人类的相关疾病的药物设计提供理论指导。另外我们还启动了膜蛋白结构和功能的研究，从ABC转运蛋白和P型ATP酶结构和功能的研究入手，试图建立一个膜蛋白的表达、纯化和结晶平台。
