马全红毕业于德国汉堡大学。先后师从于著名神经科学家肖志成教授和Melitta Schachner教授。马全红先后在新加坡中央总医院(SGH)、新加坡分子生物研究所(IMCB)和德国神经生物研究所(ZMNH)工作学习过,主要从事神经干细胞的增殖和分化机制、髓鞘发育机制研究。2009年一月份回国加入葛兰素史克(GlaxoSmithKline)中国研发中心,从事DNA疫苗中枢神经系统疾病中的应用及阿尔茨海默症的药物靶点筛选及鉴定等研究。现在主要从事神经干细胞的增殖和分化机制、阿尔茨海默症的病理机制的研究。 ADSFAEQWER353423413434

  • 神经干细胞的增殖和分化机制研究:主要包括1)发现影响神经干细胞增殖和分化基因信号通路、miRNA;2)探索它们在神经干细胞增殖和分化中的作用及机制,尤其是它们定向诱导神经干细胞向神经元少突胶质细胞分化的作用及机制;3)利用中枢神经退行性疾病模型,探索神经干细胞在中枢神经退行性疾病治疗中的应用潜力和价值
  • 阿尔茨海默症病理机制研究:主要包括1)髓鞘相关蛋白在阿尔茨海默症中的病理作用及机制研究;2)预防和治疗阿尔茨海默症的DNA疫苗的研发。
